An HVAC Partner You’ll Enjoy Working With
Commercial HVAC Installation and Service in Tucson & Southern Arizona
When you’re managing a construction project or a commercial property, you need more than an HVAC company that can install equipment. You need a contractor who answers the phone, understands the scope, coordinates with the other trades, and does what they say they’re going to do.
That’s how we approach commercial HVAC at Mr. John Air Conditioning.
We work with general contractors, builders, property managers, and business owners throughout Tucson and Southern Arizona on commercial HVAC installations, replacements, tenant improvements, and service work. From the first walkthrough or set of plans through startup and completion, our goal is simple: make the HVAC portion of your project easier to manage.

When we’re updating a rooftop unit on a Tucson commercial space or handling the full mechanical package for a new construction in Oro Valley, our mission on every job is the same: install systems built to perform and keep tenants comfortable for years to come.
